When reporting an accident or claim, please have the following information ready:

• Your policy number
• Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
• Driver’s driving license photo
• Date, time, exact location, and a description of the accident, event, damage, or loss Information about any third parties involved, including their names, addresses, contact details, email addresses, and insurance information
• VINs or license plates and states of any other vehicles involved, if applicable
• Details of any injuries sustained by anyone involved in the accident
• Contact information for any witnesses to the accident
• Police report ID, if the police were involved
• Your Turo trip history report for the vehicle
• Any supporting evidence, such as photos, video footage, or GPS tracking data, if available
